3.Crews are capacity and speed; engineers halve trouble and sharpen estimates; both get better with experience. Engineers also take advisory mandates.
4.The bank gives you a credit line that grows with reputation, at 1.2% a month. Go beyond it and you have 30 days.
5.Things go wrong on site. Every decision trades money, time and reputation. Equipment and programmes tilt the odds. Pausing hides the boards: decisions are made with the clock running.
